Office Hours & Tour Information



Office Hours
​The phone and email is monitored on a regular schedule from 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM every day of the year. If your call or email is an emergency we will contact you back as soon as we get your message. Otherwise we conduct the business of contacting clients between 10 am and 6 pm Monday through Friday. We do our best to call you back within 24 hours, with the exception of Saturday and Sunday.

Tours
Tours are available by appointment every day but Saturday, between 9 AM and 7 PM. From 4PM to 6Pm we are very busy with meals and sending day stay dogs home so if at all possible we like not to schedule tours during this time.
